Lift Maintenance and Servicing

Network Lifts offers a range of maintenance packages to suit your business needs.

Our packages are designed to offer peace of mind, optimise lift performance and passenger safety.

What Does Our Maintenance Service Look Like?

Maintenance – What We Do

Within all our maintenance contracts Network Elevators send a competent lift engineer to examine and inspect, make running adjustments, clean, lubricate and maintain the whole of the lift.

This includes its equipment and controls to an operational condition for the term we have agreed.

Flexible Terms

The maintenance contract can be for any agreed term, usually 1 year but can span multiple years. We can also include several sites and lifts at those sites and an overall contract to manage different companies if a management company is involved.

Maintenance – What We Don’t Do

Some competitors offer cheap basic maintenance contracts which then have hidden charges or extra work to be billed. We do not believe in charging customers for something they don’t require or hiding costs. We believe in long term relationships with honest and transparent pricing.

Any repairs we spot we will inform you about, however these are only necessary repairs and you have the option to purchase these wherever you like.

Tailored Amounts Of Visits

We don’t charge for a standard number of visits per year where it is not required. Our pricing is worked out based on the type of lift you have installed, how many lifts you have and the workload of each lift you have in place. This ensures you only receive the correct amount of scheduled maintenance visits you require to get the best value for your money.

Our qualified lift maintenance engineers will come out to you at a pre agreed time convenient to your organisation.
